- 1.5 oz El Sativo Organic Blanco Tequila
- .50 oz Pierre Ferrand Orange Curacao
- .50 oz Campo Viejo Cava Infused Agave
- 1oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Float with Mexican Malbec Wine (El Cielo preferred)
Add the Tequila, Orange Curacao, Infused Agave, and Fresh Lime to a Shake Tin.
Ice, Shake, and Strain over ice in a large rocks glass.
Float with a Mexican Malbec Wine.
- 2 oz El Sativo Organic Blanco Tequila
- .50 oz Light Agave Syrup
- .50 oz Pierre Ferrand Orange Curacao
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Black Rock Salt Rim
Add the Tequila, Agave, Orange Curacao, and Lime Juice to a Shaker.
Ice, Shake, and Strain in Large Rocks. Add more ice;
Garnish in a Black Lava Salt Rimmed Coupe and a Blood Orange.
- 1.5 oz El Sativo Organic Blanco Tequila
- .50 oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes of Absinthe
- 2 Cucumber Pieces
- 5-6 Mint Leaves
Slap and add mint to a shaker tin, add lime and cucumber.
Muddle the cucumber, add the other ingredients and ice.
Ice, Shake, and Strain into a Coupe glass.
Garnish with a cucumber and a plump mint leaf.
- 2 oz El Sativo Organic Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz fresh lemon
- .75 oz Light agave syrup (1 Part Light Agave, 1 Part Water. Bring to a boil and let simmer. Refrigerate after cooling.)
- 5-6 Pieces of mint or rosemary
Add all ingredients to a Shaker Tin, slap the mint before dropping in. Ice, Shake and Fine Strain over Crushed Ice. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
- 1.5 oz El Sativo Organic Reposado Tequila
- .5 oz llegal Mezcal (or your preferred)
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- .50 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Cold Brew
- 1 dash Angostura
Shake ingredients together in a Shaker Tin. Ice, Shake, and Strain into a martini glass or coupe. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and edible chocolate flakes.
- 2 oz El Sativo Organic Reposado Tequila
- .50 oz Hibiscus Syrup
- .50 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Drops Saline Solution
Garnish highball glass rim with Sweet Hibiscus salt. Combine all ingredients into the glass. Top with Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda, hibiscus flower, and thin grapefruit wheel.
- 1.5 oz El Sativo Organic Añejo Tequila
- .25 oz Agave Syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes of Regan's Orange Bitters
- Dash of Club Soda
- Garnish with an Orange Zest
Add ingredients to a Large Rocks glass. Ice and Stir to dilution. Take a branded smoke top and add chimney cherry oak chips (Amazon) to the flame. Lift and Garnish with Orange Zest.
- 1 oz El Sativo Organic Añejo Tequila
- 1 oz Punt E Mes
- 1 oz Cynar
- 1 dash Mole Bitters
Add ingredients to a Pint Glass. Add Ice, Stir, and Julep Strain into a Nick and Nora Glass.
Garnish with Orange Twist.
- .75 oz El Sativo Organic Añejo Tequila
- .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Amaro Nonnino
- .75 oz Aperol
Add all ingredients to a Shaker Tin; add ice, shake, and fine strain into a chilled couple glass.
Garnish with Orange Zest, and twisted peel.
- 2 oz El Sativo Organic Añejo Tequila
- .25 oz All Spice Dram
- .50 oz Velvet Falrnum
- .50 oz Light Agave Syrup
- .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
Combine all ingredients into a Hurricane glass.
Ice (fine ice preferred), stir, and garnish with mint leaves, cinnamon stick.
