2 oz El Sativo Blanco

3/4 oz light agave

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Tsp. of macerated jalapeno’s

1 oz fresh pineapple juice


Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Ice, shake and fine strain over large cubes. Stir and top with gem ice and a couple dashes of angostura bitters. Garnish with dried pineapple and jalapeno’s.
